This notice covers this website — served atsite.omeganova.ai, and at omeganova.ai when it moves there. The OmegaNova platform at app.omeganova.ai is a separate system and handles personal data under its own terms, agreed with the customer organisation that holds the account.

Reading this site collects nothing

There is no analytics, no advertising, no tag manager and no third-party script on any page. Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page sends your details to nobody — there is no request to anyone but us. We do not keep web server logs, so no record of your visit is stored on our side either.

This is also why you have not been asked to accept cookies. There are none to accept: this site sets no cookie of any kind, and stores nothing in your browser.

The request form is the one place we collect anything

If you use Request access, the form asks for your name, your email address, your organisation if you choose to give it, and a description of the decision you are facing. We use them to read what you sent and to answer you. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest: you wrote to a company expecting a reply, and answering you requires keeping what you wrote.

How long we keep it

A submission is kept while we are answering it, and afterwards for as long as the conversation it started could reasonably continue — a request that becomes a customer relationship is kept as part of that relationship; one that goes nowhere is deleted once it is clear that it has. We would rather state the rule we actually follow than a number of months we do not. You can ask us to delete it at any point, and we will.

Who else sees it

This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, with its content stored in Frankfurt, Germany. We use an email provider to read and answer what you send. Both process this data on our behalf, under contract, and neither uses it for its own purposes. Nobody else receives it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our using it, and ask for a copy of it. Write to privacy@omeganova.ai and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to your national data protection authority; in Sweden that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
